I'm Jean — a PM-turned-TPM who builds and ships small AI products end-to-end. I run internal tooling and system performance at an e-commerce company: 1,702 tool calls on an internal MCP I built in its first two weeks, a 153s query taken down to 7s. Open to full-time roles and contract work.

A read-only internal query tool that encodes how this company's systems should actually be queried into 12 tools — so ops teammates who don't write SQL can answer their own questions.

An AI bot that lives inside Microsoft Teams and turns company knowledge scattered across Wiki, Google Docs, and Notion into one conversation.
