About
I bridge product and engineering — and ship.
I started as a UI/UX designer, became a PM, then a TPM. Along the way I learned to ship the things I used to spec. Now I do both — design and build — usually with AI in the loop.
What I do now
I work as a TPM at an e-commerce company, where I lead engineering on backend systems, internal tooling, and AI-powered workflows. On the side I take on contracts for small AI tools — chatbots, knowledge management automation, internal dashboards.
What I'm good at
- End-to-end product builds — I can take a business problem from "we should build something" through design, scope, build, and live deployment
- AI products with shipping discipline — RAG systems, LLM-powered tooling, integrations across SaaS platforms — but I care about reliability, cost, and user feedback loops, not just demos
- Communicating across roles — designers, engineers, business stakeholders, operations — I translate between their languages
- Operating in messy real-world data — production systems with technical debt, mixed-quality docs, non-technical users — I'm comfortable here
How I work
- I prototype fast, then harden what's working
- I write a lot of docs — for users, for stakeholders, for future me
- I deploy small and often, and use real usage to decide what's worth keeping
- I treat AI as a collaborator, not a substitute for thinking
